Reunion Architectural Review Committee
Reunion, Inc. and the Reunion Property Owner’s Association (the “POA”) are dedicated to the protection and preservation of the natural landscape, beauty, topography and value of the properrties within the Reunion master planned community.
The Reunion Architectural Review Committee (the “ARC”), a committee formed under the POA, has been chartered with the task of formulating and maintaining the rules, regulations and design guidelines required to meet these objectives:
Reunion ARC Amended Rules, Regs and Design Guidelines
The intent of these Rules and Regulations is not to impose hardship, but to set and maintain a level of respect and professionalism among all builders and homeowners. Please understand that consistency in their application is extremely important to everyone, therefore there can be no compromise in the enforcement of the Rules and Regulations. We appreciate your commitment in making Reunion a better community.
These Rules and Regulations are in addition to and not a substitute for all restrictions set forth in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Madison County (the “DCR”). Lot owners, builders, and/or contractors (collectively, the “Applicant”) agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations as well as the rules under the DCR, and further acknowledge that the ARC reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any future time as it deems necessary.
